A webinar about the New Regulation EU 2019/1009 and the Responsibilities of the Manufacturers and Distributors of EU Fertilizer Products will be offered on June 28th
On July 16th 2022, the EU Regulation 2019/1009 on placing EU fertilizer products in the market will come into force.
The new EU Fertilizer Products Regulation amends the classification of fertilizer products to include a complete variety of both inorganic and organic products. In addition, a definition and classification of Biostimulant products have also been made for the first time, which will not be subject to the requirements of Regulation EU 2019/1009.
The new classification of fertilizer products is based on:
- Functional Categories of the Products
- Categories of Component Materials
Depending on the classification of each Fertilizer, the EU Fertilizer Products Regulation establishes different paths for the evaluation of conformity and the issuance of the EU Declaration of Conformity and adequate Labelling of each product.
In order to clarify the requirements of the New Regulation EU 2019/1009 and the Responsibilities of the Manufacturers and Distributors of EU Fertilizer Products, we organize a free, 1.5 hour-long webinar on June 28th at 9:30 a.m via Zoom. This event will be moderated by the below representatives :
